    In 2015, Aaron Lindstrom formed the acoustic trio, Lindstrom and The Limit. As the band grew in popularity, they also grew in size. Over the past nine years, The Limit has morphed into a nine-piece soul/folk/rock powerhouse that puts on a live show like you've never seen before. 

    Their first album, Estate Sale!, was released in 2019. Their second album, The Rope, was released in 2022. Their Greatest Hits album, Remember These Things, was released exclusively on vinyl in August 2024. 

  • WHY THIS SONG AND OUR CHOCOLATE BELONG TOGETHER

    Yes, if the lead singer looks familiar, it’s because he’s also Cocoa Legato’s founder and executive chocolate maker! We figured since he’s the founder, it would be fitting to feature his music in one of our bars.

    The song we picked is Hot Butter. It’s an older song of The Limit’s, but definitely one of their most popular. It’s a musical smack in the face. An auditory shot of espresso. Loud horn lines, strong bass and drum grooves, and smoooooth vocals. Our espresso bar is also a groovy balance of loud and smooth. The espresso is strong yet creamy, like butter. The cocoa is rich and warm. The bold, smooth intensity of Hot Butter mirrors the espresso – both are rich, unapologetic, and leave you wanting more.

  • It’s a dark chocolate bar, but the infused espresso makes it shockingly creamy and rich.
